If you purchased your KATUSHA products from our website, you can return them within 30 days from the date of purchase. Our returns procedure depends on the country you wish to return your order from:
If you are returning your products to us from a country belonging to Zone 1 or Zone 2, you qualify to use our FREE RETURNS policy. 1) Log in to your KATUSHA account and choose the order you wish to return. Orders within 30 days from date of purchase will have a return option active.
2) Choose products you wish to return choose quantities and refund/exchange options from the drop down menu. Print address label and return packing slip.
3) Contact TNT in your country by dialing the number on the Free Returns Document received with your order to arrange collection of your products.
Please keep in mind that for certain areas our shipping partner will require KATUSHA to start the returns procedure. If this situation occurs, just email us at email@example.com and we will happily organise your free return.
4) Your exchange or refund will be processed within 7 days from the receipt of returned products by KATUSHA Sports
REST OF THE WORLD
If you are returning products from a country belonging to Zone 3, you will have to cover the shipping cost of the returned products to KATUSHA. Click Here for the list of countries within Zone 3 and if you find your country on the list, please click more details below for step-by-step instructions:
1) Notify KATUSHA Sports in writing about returning your goods and indicate whether you would like an exchange or refund by filling in this email template
2) Prepare your parcel and make sure the product is properly packed and protected.
3) Create a copy of your KATUSHA Sports Invoice and clearly indicate which products are being returned by highlighting each product line.
4) Attach the copy of KATUSHA Sports Invoice to the outside of the package.
In order to comply with Customs Regulations the copy of KATUSHA Sports Invoice MUST be attached to the outside of the package.
5) Print, Fill in and Attach this address label to the parcel. If you choose not to use our label, clearly write on the package “Returned Goods”, your order number, first name, last name and address.
“Returned Goods” label is essential for the package to arrive at KATUSHA Sports Belgium and not be held up in customs. KATUSHA Sports will be unable to pay customs duties on returned products, so in order to prevent the loss of the package, please make sure the “Returned Goods” label is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
6) Using your preferred shipping service dispatch the parcel to KATUSHA Sports Belgium.

Please keep in mind that KATUSHA Sports will not be able to pay any import duties on returned products, so make sure you carefully follow all the steps of our returns procedure.
If you were charged import duties to receive KATUSHA products in your country and you return your products for a refund, you may contact your local customs authorities to have those duties reimbursed.
Products purchased via KATUSHA Sports Retailer
Please contact the retailer you originally purchased your KATUSHA products from and return your products within 30 days of purchase. The retailer will then forward returned items to KATUSHA Sports to complete your return. Make sure you include proof of purchase when returning your products.
