If you are not convinced after testing and riding your chosen items,
please return them within 30 days of receipt and we will happily issue a replacement or refund.

We make no compromise. Neither should you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is simple. You will be refunded or exchanged against an identical item within 30 days of shipping your order.
The Return & Refund Policy is only applicable for purchases made from Zone 1 and 2.

You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to exchange your product. The returned item must be exchanged for an identical item in another size or colour. We cannot guarantee the availability of your new choice. In such a case, we will contact you directly to find the best solution. All articles should be ‘as new’, in perfect condition and must not have been washed or worn. To exchange your item for another product, follow the steps below in «How to return or exchange your product».

You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return your product. Dissatisfied applications apply to all items purchased from the website www.KATUSHA-Sports.com and authorised KATUSHA points of sale.
Several options are available to complete your return or exchange:

For items purchased on our website, please fill out the form in order to complete your return or exchange and send the parcel back to the following address:

For items purchased from one of our authorised dealers, take the parcel back to the concerned retailer directly in order to complete your return or exchange.
How to return or exchange your product ?
Contact our customer service, using the address contact@KATUSHA-Sports.com and inform us of the nature of your request: return or exchange for an identical item. In your email please communicate your order reference which can be found listed on the invoice received with your product. When preparing your parcel, make sure that the product is properly packed and protected from any damage that it may suffer during the shipment. KATUSHA Sports is unable to pay the customs fees associated with returned items.
Please clearly label your package with «Goods returned under warranty». For free shipping, you may use the TNT return AWB document received with your item. For parcel collection, visit www.tnt.com. Alternatively, you may return your item using the postal service of your choice. In this case, KATUSHA Sports is unable to refund the return cost. Wherever possible, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage. If you choose to return your item via the postal service and not the free option made available by TNT, know that KATUSHA Sports will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the package. We will process your request within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item. Repayment of the item will then be actioned.
